Donation Request – Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League (PRIBL)
PRIBL is proud to support local 501(c)(3) nonprofits and community organizations in Puerto Rico through ticket donations for raffles, auctions, and community events that uplift our island.
Please submit requests at least 60 days before your event.
You’ll receive an email regarding your request approximately 30 days prior to the event date.
One request per organization per calendar year.
Submitting the form is a request and does not guarantee a donation.
Who We Support (Eligibility)
To be considered, organizations must:
Be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit (or Puerto Rico equivalent) serving communities in Puerto Rico
Use tickets for charitable fundraising or community programming (e.g., raffles, auctions, volunteer/teacher appreciation)
Submit a complete request within the timelines listed
Priority is given to: youth sports & education, health & wellness, community development, and military/first responders support.
What We Donate
PRIBL game tickets (quantity and game date subject to availability)
Digital e-tickets delivered via email
Blackout dates may apply (Opening Day, special events, playoffs)
Typical allocations range from 8–10 tickets per approved request.
What We’re Unable to Provide
Monetary donations, sponsorships, or grants
Donations to individuals or private events
Donations to non-501(c)(3) or for-profit entities
Requests for organizations outside Puerto Rico
Political campaigns/parties or religious proselytizing events
Items intended for resale beyond the approved fundraising use
How to Request
1. Complete the Donation Request Form (see below) at least 60 days before your event.
2. Attach your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter (or PR equivalent).
3. PRIBL will email you a decision ~30 days before your event.
4. If approved, you’ll receive redemption instructions/e-tickets.
Note: Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold. All donations are subject to inventory and game availability.

Organization details: legal name, EIN, website, mailing address
Primary contact: name, title, email, phone
Event details: event name, date, venue, expected attendance, purpose/beneficiary
How tickets will be used: raffle, silent auction, appreciation, etc.
Requested quantity & preferred game window (date range)
Proof of nonprofit status (upload)
FAQs
How many tickets are donated?
Most approved requests receive 8–10 tickets; larger allocations depend on availability and alignment with PRIBL’s community priorities.
How are tickets delivered?
Via email as e-tickets with redemption instructions.
Can I request a specific game?
You may indicate preferences; allocations depend on inventory and blackout dates.
Can donations be renewed every season?
Yes—one request per organization per calendar year.

Legal & Usage Notes
All donations are at PRIBL’s sole discretion. Tickets may not be resold, returned for cash, or used for political fundraising or religious proselytizing. Approved donations are valid only for the current PRIBL season and must be used in accordance with PRIBL’s guidelines.
