Prospective Players Registration is Now Open!

MAYAGUEZ, PR –  The Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League has announced its open signing period for the upcoming 2024 season.

Players interested in playing in the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League must complete the Prospective Player Form on the PRIBL website. The open signing period will end by January 31st.

"Season is around the corner, and we don't have the time to organize a tryout series for the players," said PRIBL President Carlos Nuñez. "Players must submit their credentials through the prospective player registration form. The members of our scouting department and coaches will evaluate all Prospective Players' Forms and decide who's eligible for the 2024 season."

Once players' credentials have been evaluated and accepted, they will receive an email with a formal invitation to the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League pre-season camp.

The schedule will be announced soon, and the league will feature four teams playing from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. All games will be played in the Fernando "Nando" Sanabria stadium in The Town of Beautiful Sunsets, Rincon.

The rosters are limited to 24 players per team. Some teams from All four MLB partner leagues, USPBL, Empire League, and LMB (Mexican League), will be represented in the 2024 teams' coaching staff or will attend any time during the season.
