CONQUISTADORES WIN 2021 PRIBL CHAMPIONSHIP

AGUADA, PR – The Conquistadores have defeated the Tainos in the final series to become the 2021 Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League Champions.

The Conquistadores sent the right-handed pitcher Randy Alcantara to the mound to face off against Aaron Ushery. Alacantara tossed 6 solid innings allowing only 2 walks and a total of 3 hits. He strikes out 6 batters and allowed 2 earned runs. The Conquistadores defeat the Tainos 10-4.

In Game 2, The Conquistadores took an early lead. Manager Pascual Santiago sent Scarlyn Reyes to the mound and was solid going over 7 innings pitched striking out over 8 batters.

The Conquistadores defeat the Tainos 3-1 and take the 2021 Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League Championship.
