CONQUISTADORES FINISH THE REGULAR SEASON FIRST

AGUADILLA, PR – The Conquistadores won their last regular-season game to finish at the top of the standings.

This means the Conquistadores will automatically advance to the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League Finals versus the winner of the Tainos and Peregrinos who will play a series for the best-of-three.

“It’s was a good season,” said Pascual Santiago, the manager of the Conquistadores. “Our players played hard all the season and these are the results, now we have the right to choose 4 reinforcements, and it is for sure our first selection will be the pitcher Luis de Paula."

The first game of the Finals will be on July 28th at 9 am at the Estadio Guillermo Hernandez in Aguada.
