AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION & PLAYER ARRIVAL LOGISTICS

Players are responsible for booking their own flights. PRIBL can assist with coordinating airport transportation through independent local providers.

Airport transportation is not included in the program cost and is paid directly to the transportation provider.

Players requesting airport transportation must submit their arrival and departure information through the Player Travel Questionnaire.

Use this number for all arrival updates, delays, cancellations, missed connections, and flight changes.

All communication must be sent by text message and include the player’s FULL NAME.

PLAYER ARRIVAL CHECKLIST

Players using coordinated airport transportation must complete all three steps:

Before Takeoff: “My name is [Full Name]. I am on the plane, and my flight is on time.”
Upon Landing: “My name is [Full Name]. I just landed.”
At the Meeting Point: “My name is [Full Name]. I am at the meeting point.”

AIRPORT INFORMATION

BQN — Rafael Hernández International Airport, Aguadilla: Recommended airport for the PRIBL Spring League due to its proximity to the program location.
SJU — Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, San Juan: Players arriving at SJU should allow approximately 2.5–3 hours for ground transportation to Aguadilla.

After collecting luggage, proceed to:

Once there, send the meeting-point text message listed above.

TRANSPORTATION RATES

SJU

$100 each way — pickups before 5:00 PM
$250 each way — pickups after 5:00 PM when private transportation is required

BQN

$75 each way — pickups before 8:00 PM
$100 each way — pickups after 8:00 PM

Rates are estimated and may vary based on provider availability and specific travel arrangements.

FLIGHT CHANGES

Any flight delay, cancellation, missed connection, or schedule change must be reported immediately by text to:

If a player changes flights, the transportation rate may be adjusted based on the new arrival time and required transportation service.

Any additional transportation cost resulting from a flight change is the player’s responsibility.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival: February 28, 2027
Check-In: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Players should book flights that allow enough time to collect luggage and travel to Aguadilla before check-in.

Departure: April 4, 2027

Departure instructions will be provided before the end of the program. Players requesting transportation to BQN or SJU must ensure that their departure flight information is up to date in the Player Travel Questionnaire.

PRIBL assists with transportation coordination but does not provide airfare or directly operate airport shuttle services.
